How long does a visit take?+

It depends on your plan and your home. Safety Check is the quickest and Full System Care takes the longest. We will give you a time window when we schedule.

Do I have to be home?+

Yes, we need access to your panel and inside the home. We will reach out to schedule a time that works for you.

What if you find a problem?+

We explain what we found and give you written options with your member discount on any repair. Nothing is done without your OK.

How does paying yearly work?+

Pay for the year up front and you get two months free. Full System Care is $450 a year, Thermal Check is $250 and Safety Check is $150.

Which plan should I choose?+

If your home is older or runs big loads, Thermal Check or Full System Care gives you the deeper look. Safety Check covers the essentials. We are happy to help you choose, with no pressure.

Can I cancel?+

Yes. Plans renew yearly and you can cancel before your renewal.
