Do I need experience to apply?+
Not for apprentice roles. We care most about showing up, attitude and wanting to learn the trade. For journeyman and master roles, tell us about your license and experience in the application.
How long does the process take?+
We reply to every application. It depends on whether we have an opening for your role. When we do, we move quickly. When we don't, we keep your application on file and reach out when a spot opens.
Where will I work?+
On homes across Colorado Springs, Monument, Black Forest and the rest of the areas we serve.
Do you help with licensing?+
Apprentices work alongside licensed electricians on real jobs, and we want you to grow toward your license. Ask us about it when we talk.
